1. Since there is a stopper on the top of each bottle, although there are still gaps and small holes for ventilation, it increases the resistance of water vapor after all, so the freeze-drying curve needs to be changed appropriately, the heating needs to be slowed down appropriately, and the time needs to be increase appropriately.
2. Due to the large total force of plugging, in order not to bend and deform the layers in the freeze-drying box, the products of each layer must be placed evenly and cannot be placed on one side; Wooden blocks of the same height as the cork must be placed.
3. The force of the stopper should not be too large, and certainly not too small. The pressing method for the movable board layer is because each layer is connected in series, that is, one layer is laminated one by one. Therefore, the total force is the same as the force of each layer, as long as the force required to calculate one layer is the total force of the plugging. The force of each layer is also the force required for each bottle multiplied by the number of bottles placed on that layer.
For example: the force of corking each bottle is 5 kg, and each layer can place 1000 bottles, then the force of corking is:
*5 kg × 1000 = 5000 kg = 5 tons
That is, the plugging force of the freeze-drying box is 5 tons.
The indication of the hydraulic pump pressure gauge is not the plugging force. The plugging force is the indication value of the hydraulic pump pressure gauge multiplied by the cross-sectional area of the hydraulic piston of the machine.
