Longer Product Life

PP (Polypropylene) airless bottles
Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer that is widely used in the manufacturing of airless pump bottles. It is a lightweight and durable material that can withstand high temperatures, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol) airless bottles
PETG is a thermoplastic polyester material that is commonly used in the manufacturing of airless pump bottles, nomally single-layer ones. It is a highly durable material that offers excellent clarity and impact resistance.
AS (Acrylonitrile Styrene) airless bottles
AS is a thermoplastic material that is a blend of acrylonitrile and styrene. It is a strong and durable material that offers excellent resistance to impact and chemicals. The AS airless bottle is usually maked as double-layer bottle, and AS material usually used as outer bottle, for the inner bottle and the airless pump, it usually is PP material.
Airless container/tank: The product is enclosed in a system free from contact with air, so as to reduce microbial contamination and oxidation.
Piston or diaphragm dispenser: The pump creates an internal pressure that pushes the product upwards without the need for a suction tube.
Ascent mechanism: Depending on the technology used, two types are distinguished:
Piston system: A sealed piston, located at the base of the container, rises progressively each time the product is dispensed. This configuration offers precise dispensing, reducing waste.
Flexible bag system: The formula is contained in an inner bag that gradually compresses with the pressure of the pump, preventing air from entering and ensuring full use of the contents.
