Matters needing attention for oil transfer pump

1. Ensure that the "four springs" of the plunger-type oil transfer pump have normal elasticity. The "four springs" are piston springs, tappet (roller) springs, inlet valve springs, and outlet valve springs. Springs that are weakened or broken should be replaced or cushioned in time to avoid damage to the generator set.

2. The hand oil pump of the generator set must be pressed back after use, and the button must be tightened at the same time to prevent the hand oil pump and rubber ring or ball valve and valve seat from being pressed tightly and causing air intake or oil leakage.

3. When the generator set is in a shutdown state for a long time, prevent the mating surfaces of the oil pump, especially the piston and pump body, tappet and tappet sleeves from being rusted due to water in the oil. Anti-rust measures must be taken, that is, when the generator set When stopping, replace the lubricating oil with moisture, diesel oil and other impurities in the oil sump of the fuel injection pump.

4. The oil of the generator set should be filtered through sedimentation to ensure cleanliness and prevent excessive impurities from aggravating the abrasion of the inlet valve, outlet valve and valve seat of the oil pump. Sometimes the oil valve may even be padded by impurities and fail.
