The lotion pump is a supporting tool for taking out the contents of cosmetics containers. It is a liquid distributor that uses the principle of atmospheric balance to pump out the liquid in the bottle by pressing, and replenish the outside atmosphere into the bottle.
1. Structural components
Conventional lotion heads are often composed of nozzles/heads, upper pump columns, lock caps, gaskets, bottle caps, pump plugs, lower pump columns, springs, pump bodies, glass balls, straws and other accessories. According to the structural design requirements of different pumps, the relevant accessories may vary, but their principle and ultimate goal are the same, which is to effectively remove the contents.
2. Production process
Most of the accessories of the pump head are mainly made of plastic materials such as PE, PP, LDPE, etc., and are molded through injection molding. Glass beads, springs, gaskets and other accessories are generally outsourced for procurement. The main components of the pump head can be used for electroplating, anodized aluminum cover, spraying, injection molding, and other methods. The surface of the pump head's mouth and the surface of the dental sleeve can both be printed with graphics and text, and can be processed using printing processes such as hot stamping/silver, screen printing, and transfer printing.
