Factory information
Regarding our injection workshop. Today,we have 160 units of injection machines,with plastic shredders at sides. Daily production capacity is 1.5 million PCS of finished pumps.
The hot runner molds can shorten the injection time into 25-30seconds.The largest injection machinie at place is 320 tons. QC inspect the product appearanceevery 6 hours and do the parts function checking every 2hours. In the future, Rongsen will apply robot arm for each injection machine to improve production efficiency.
The entire area is more than 120000 square meters for the workshop. In order to provide better quality products and reach the food and pharmacy grade, Rongsenbuild up a 2000 square meters dust free workshop with FED Standard 100000.Currently, our framers are assembled,packed,and QC checked in this workshop. Today,lotion pump and fine mist sprayers as our major production lines are fully made by automatic machines.
